Panhandle Area Development District

The Panhandle Area Development District (PADD) was organized in 1973.  It is a voluntary organization of member local governments and private sector representatives working together to improve the economy and quality of life in their communities and the Panhandle region.

PADD is governed by a Board of Directors composed of county commissioners, city and village representatives, natural resource districts, and private individuals representing minorities, economic development organizations, health care, education, industry and agriculture.
