The Panhandle Area Development District employees
Jerrod Haberman is PADD's Executive Director.  Jerrod received his Master's Degree in Transportation/Land Use Planning from the University of Toledo.  He earned a Bachelor's Degree from Wayne State College where he doubled majored in Economics and Geography. Jerrod has been with the Panhandle Area Development District since 1994.  Jerrod is recognized as a certified Community Development Block Grant administrator by the Department of Economic Development.
Jeff Kelley is PADD's Housing Development Specialist and chief Grant Administrator. Jeff   received his Bachelor's Degree in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Nebraska at Kearney.  Jeff has worked at  PADD for the past nine years.  Jeff is also recognized as a certified Community Development Block Grant administrator by the Department of Economic Development and is a Certified Lead-Based Paint Risk Assessor/Inspector.
